Productivity Tips
Productivity is a element of our day to day life that most people find to be a very difficult task. In reality the more time we spend on being productive the more time we have to enjoy anything and everything we find important. That can be family, friends, our children, spouse, partner, etc. We have been implementing a few things into our day to day actions that we have found to make a very profound difference in everything we do. Here are a few ideas that we have used to really help become more productive and in turn avoid stress.
It may be difficult but try to unplug from everything for an hour everyday. Yes…this includes everything electronic. Go for a walk outdoors. rest, read. Anything that you enjoy doing to relax will work. Just no electronics.
Allow a reasonable time before you reply to emails, calls, or texts. People will expect you to always respond quickly.
To be fair you can schedule a time where you can respond. Set up times (1-2 hours) in which people can get in touch with you during the day for emails and phone calls.
