The story behind how we got the shot of Josiah Garnet Bonnet is fairly simple. He came into the studio looking to get photographed for his next album in which he really wanted just a close up of himself. After a little bit of shooting and getting to know him he started to open up. As with most people after some time he became comfortable. We thought that his most prominent feature besides his great personality is his hair. We really wanted to showcase it and make it come alive. It was really just an idea we had and it was not really something he was looking for but we went for it. Believe it or not it was on the first try that we achieved exactly what we were looking for. The secret? We simply said just move your head around a little bit but try not to hurt yourself. That is how we got the shot of one of our all time favourites.
